Oh, bullshit. ANWR, even if fully exploited to the limits that we think it could produce, which is likely a lot less that what it actually can produce if history is any guide, would still only be a small fraction of world demand. In addition, given the fact that most American refineries can't deal with the heavy, sour crude that ANWR has, it wouldn't affect our situation at all.

Really, it would help if you were actually educated on the issues.

"They're idiots and have shown it time and again."

That is because they are run by accountants. They only look from quarter to quarter. Given that it takes a minimum of 5 years to develop a vehicle, they are prone to be taken by surprise.
