Bloomberg TV stating that JP Mprgan, Goldman, and 17 other i banks have agreed to set up a clearinghouse for credit default swaps.

This will start to reduce the contagion / domino effect and contain counterparty risk.

Once this is in place, it should be easier for the FED to increase rates slightly.
