I would leave bush income tax rates alone as this would do the trick for balancing out upper and lower income folks tax burden.

It is wrong to talk about tax cuts, bush's or anyone else's, while we are running a national debt of nearly 10 trillion and growing. It's wrong to be talking about tax cuts when we pay half trillion yearly in interest payments alone.
