Many of their Docs-to-be have been in the US learning how to be a Doc. Of course Dubai and other such countries will have good health care. The leader of the World in Health Care has trained them.

The question is:

--Who should pay for the care of the patient?
--The patient?
--The patient's insurance?
--Should every individual in the US be required to have medical insurance?
--What about the 12-20 million Illegals?
--Should the Government of their origin be billed?
--Does our Government have to pay insurance for each citizen of the US?
--If the Government does have to pay for that insurance, does the Government have the right to:
---- demand the patient loses weight to fit the 'norm',
---- or not to smoke,
---- or not to drink,
---- or not to use drugs,
---- or not to maintain an unhealthy life style, etc???

Who/What entity will decide what services will or will not be done, if the service is to be provided for "free"
