For my Wall street friends, ARRS is offering business services for cable operators. the HFC wiring to MSO carries all the data for triple play or business use of E1/T1, or mobile local calls across continents. They just sell video servers in pairs from cable office to business headquarters. Each pair of servers do dedicated packet formats. Video servers(with packet converter software) are the big installations for each business customer. Watch the ARRS video server revenue, once cable offers more business services? ARRS will need many edgeQam boxes for customer data distribution, unify telco and cable HFC wiring for piggy back savings in installation to customer locations. New edgeQam boxes can add to DSL box locations.
