my son the obama supporter tells me that biden is being considered for both secy of state and VEEP. I like that. He talks too much but is a moderate on fp and as you say if things stay better in iraq, biden will know obama 16 month plan can work. If things get more difficult and it requires a bit more time, he will say that too.
