Tom, yes, I concur that I also saw the Form 144 for Frank's 149,000 newly registered shares. So what, the man's gotta eat too! Maybe he wanted to loan money back to Frnklin, so he registered the shares, converted them at a low price, sold them at market, and loaned the money back to Franklin.
