THE LATEST BUZZ ABOUT PHGI
There has been much interesting conversation about PHGI today on the IH board and I here present it for the record.
Statements and opinions are those of the poster and much can be considered rumor at this point but Opp is a small town and word gets around.
In addition to rumors and opinions we do have known facts in the mix and IMO, considering it all, Perihelion which has already proved to be a struggling, troubled and unreliable company, and a disaster for shareholders, massively diluted, now appears to be hurtling toward oblivion at an unprecedented pace.

Good Morning Everyone! Hope the wind and the weather are in favor for you today! Quick question, Biotent, are you Bill? The guy from the tent? The reason I ask is that several people this morning at the Burger King in Opp said that Bill was suing Perihelion for not paying him. Even said that the checks bounced? Is that true? If you’re in a legal battle with them and your Bill, not a good thing to be posting here, you think?
Hey shorts, I read many of your post from the past, It’s amazes me how many people want to hope for the best in someone and knowing deep down inside, that person is going to screw you in the end. Seems the word on the street there are many more problems with this company on a local level. I just happen to be passing thru today, be back Thursday and maybe see if Lamar will let me visit.

You come up with interesting questions. No, I am not Bill and for the record, never have been. LOL I also have no claims with Perihelion and the bio plant in Opp. I do have an interest in it though as well as other bio industries that have started up and have even failed. I am very suprised of all the failures in this industry. It would be a cold day before I would go to Burgerking and not just the one in Opp, all of them, in case you want to ask that question.

Does Hooks have Breakfest now? I have had lunch there before. Good BBQ! I learned allot about Opp just from eatting at the local food places. I have no clue if it is fact or fiction, but it is intersting to hear what the people are saying! Sounds like Beebe can offer Bio-D and rubber for tires all in one location! LOL LOL

The folks in Opp will speak quite freely if approached properly. i have talked with many there several times and posted some of their comments here on the board. I will have to persue this 'Bill issue" next time i visit, sounds interesting! Dog

They have a really good breakfast and that is where most of the "city fathers" meet to discuss current happenings. I have heard a lot about Perihelion from those conversations.

ALinvestor, That’s good to know, I will stop by there next week when I head over to Monroeville. My Monkey Town trip has been delayed, My Mother needed my help this morning and I am sure you know "Mom" comes first!
On topic now ALinvestor, What is it you hear from these City Fathers? Seems you might be able to help shed some light on some of this. As you said in an old post "Careful on the Kool Aide". How much Kool Aide have we been given according to the Hooks sources? Hear anything about the rubber funds? Anything about owing local business monies and not being paid? What are the people at Hooks saying LOL LOL LOL, Inquiring people want to know! LOL LOL LOL

So BC, you do not want to know? I mean how much more Hope can one muster? This guy is yelling "I am the Captian of the Titanic" and your not looking for a lifevest? I smell dead fish in the water on this one. I had heard the Radio station WTKN was being fined as well, and Poof there ya go. Rubber and un-paid bills? what else? I am scared to even ask! I forgot to post the WTKN deal, heard that as well in BK! Oh well seems some of the rats are still on board! Time to man the life boat!

Don't know what you are talking about concerning rubber funds. Most seem to agree that the plant will never really do anything positive. To drop from a $40 million plant to what is now constructed has been a joke. Most, however, is just conjecture - no real facts to speak of.

I think you are correct tee, there was lots of ducking and hiding going on with this station back when the pr came out. There was much effort put into trying to discover the facts but don't think we ever nailed down any specifics. I do remember quite well however that Eddi Knight was quite offended, for some reason, by our efforts. The talk is that he, Knight, began to spend this money before the deal materialized and that is why he had to return!
Now, another shady proposition once touted and promoted as adding value for phgi investors is coming to light. Dog

Dog, we have seen you bring solid good information to the board in the past, however after calling Eddie and talking with him, he seemed to be a very nice guy and very confused. He did however say he has talked with you in the past. He said he was accused of threaten you and that you ran him off your property. He assured me that you two had a colorful conversation, he did not recall any threats, and he has never met you. He stated that the person you pulled up on in front of your house was the security guard for Perihelion (Humm another where did he go LOL LOL). He felt that he best stay off the boards and let Beebe do his thing, When I asked about the “For Sale” statement on his website he was very cautious and at times even emotional, emotional in a sad way, He stated that he put everything up to John, and now he can not even pay for his wife’s heart medications since there has been no money paid in awhile and PHGI dropped their health insurance unexpectedly. He said as for the agreement with Perihelion Global Inc. he was not at liberty to say anything, just that he was sadden with recent events. He did however state that he is now watching the board and that he has been advised by Mr. Beebe to not post on the board or else. He did say he would gladly talk with you again, and offered his apology to you. I kind feel for the guy seems his wife had a major heart attack and that’s all he is worried about, taking care of her. He did say he expected attacks and out right lies being spread around since this has come up. He said he has spoken to others who have gone thru the meat grinder with this guy. I recommend if you wish to talk with him to do so. He was not shy but was very careful in the beginning of the conversation.

I offer my sincere well wishes to your wife and hope she will have a full recovery.
I accept your apology, even if by proxy, with reservation. I cannot argue that you were the person in my drive taking pictures of my home and who did make verbal threats to my well being. therefore, I will take you at your word, again by proxy. However it was you that called me within 2 minutes of this person driving away. Yes you did bestow upon me some colorful conversation as you so state, thus my assumption. I hold no grudges either way!
I initially contacted you with a sincere desire, as a concerned shareholder, to inquire and assertain specific information with regard to the pr about the TV25 deal. The comments I posted here were told me by those with whom I spoke so I make no apology for having relayed those comments here. Perhaps sir if you had been somewhat more cordial and cooperative then you might have avoided some the issues and problems you now face with the station and your insurance caused in part by your association with John Beebe and perihelion global.
i take no pleasure in your misfortune concerning your dealings with John beebe however i have little sympathy for you in that regard. I do not think any regular on this board is looking to attack, hear or spread any lies.
Again, my most sincere wishes for the full restoration of health and well being to your wife! Dog
