I'm new to this board, but not to ACHI/ACII. Looking at the chart over the last 12, 24, 36 weeks or even months the trend is very clear (unfortunately for myself and many others). I have been reading the posts from the side lines for quite some time now. Recently there has been more speculation about the oil pipe LACC process. I think it can be safely said that the oil pipe opportunity could be huge, e.g. Billions of $$$.

However, if no patent has even been applied for and there is a serious falling out amongst the "old" board of directors, it stands to reason that the pipe technology was either overstated in past PRs (which would be no surprise) or it walked out the door with Ed Rutkowski (and Dan Green? Where is he in all of this?). Could it be that Ed Rutkowski didn't want the same thing to happen to his pipe technology that happened to the LACC technology? What I mean to say is, it seems that Marc used the LACC hype for a long time to dilute (and sell?) shares by the millions. Then the R/S reduced the newly minted ACII down to nothing again. Maybe Ed Rutkowski couldn't stand to see that happen to his pipe technology all over again and tried to oust Marc? It seems to have backfired, but not if he actually has the pipe technology and ACII doesn't.

Sorry for the ramble, but I am trying to figure out why Marc would get rid of the golden goose. Maybe the shareholders meeting will be the opportunity to hire a competent CEO?!?
