koan - about WHD, Townsend resigned in 2006, and has nothing to do with whd anymore. He actually didn't even own any whd shares at the time he resigned. The company is now based out of Denver, it's not a Vancouver company, and has all new directors since then with Mark Hart the president who has quite an impressive CV in coal mining and gasification.
