I suggest you review the last 30 days trading on ARX. You will observe that on Sept 30/97 , the stock suddenly dropped to 10 1/8 on huge volume ( 300,000+ shares) then recovered sharply the very next day to 11. The drop to 10 coincided with the 144 filing to sell 90,000 shares by David Chapman. Don't believe me. Do your own research.
