What a nut that JB guy is.....I hope he really does file a cyberstalking suit....it will allow the courts to see the CEO of a publicly traded company STALKING many people that made negtaive comments with threatening pm's and e-mails......Heck, I remember the threats he sent to IHUB-MATT who called him a WHACKTATRD(sp?) and said his pm inbox was filled with CRAP and threats from JB and he told JB to go back and play in his sandbox or something like that..matt really put JB in his place and made JB look like the scammy fool he is imo....I wonder if JB is planning to use this high profile lawyer he talked so much about.....Or is the lawyer too busy defending JB against his many legal issues??

Man, I have seen some ceo's who have acted scammy before, but JB is trying hard to be tops on that list imo.....I think the guy should be in jail for the deception he pulled on his shareholders...all in my opinion anyway......And IMO, anybody he sues will backfire bigtime..it will enable MASSIVE countersuits to be filed exposing his possibly illegal and certainly deceptive activities....How will JB look when the judge is handed a PLETHORA of PM's and e-mails JB sent out not to mention opening the large can of worms that contain ALL of his activities? Not very good imo.....
