While not much activity on this board, that certainly amounts to something. Given the current price, the moon must have more holes by now?

I am a little late to the wind party but have started assembling a list of worthwhile stocks which led me to BWEN. Only to find that Cramer is touting it before me. Sheesh, how can I be bested by Cramer in that regard. Sad state for sure.

I am not interested in quick trades with wind plays and buying BWEN here may be a bad play. Thoughts on that specifically?

But looking further out, what does BWEN offer for the long haul? I guess we have to wait and see. I am not a fan of their haphazard strategy to date or their growing share count ... and would like to see that firm up as they grow. I don't want to see any more shares issued as that sucks a lot of the growth potential out the window.

I have started a small position and will be adding to it going forward. I am trying to ascertain what this company could be in 5-10 years. Anyone willing to guess? Obviously, much has to take place in the alternative energy space but if the estimation that I saw stating that up to 20% of the nations electrical supply could be generated by wind by 2030 ... yikes. Of course, BWEN is just one company of many ... but they sure seem to be well positioned.

Thoughts on all this?

Jeff
