I don't recall any proxy arriving in the mail, but my memory is fading as I get older. Seems like they really can't have a shareholders meeting without notice and opportunity for all to vote -- even if our votes really don't mean anything. My real question for the day ---- Has anyone heard any additional info, as it appears that there were no shares traded today. This way, no one is making or losing any $$$$. Seems starange, even in light of all of the recent developments/rumors. Rich
