I don't think that Kenneth would even be willing to fight the terrorists if they attacked us here. Kenneth would probably say that it is too expensive to fight terrorists here, just give them a few states and they will leave the rest of us alone. It's called giving land to mass murdering, evil and radical Islamic extremists; for peace.
