I'm not much of an "I told you so" person, and for me, this goes much deeper. Because so many are still committed to what has been a disasterous policy, and still seem to find the possibility of pre-emptive action an acceptable option, perhaps to be used against Iran, it would seem their bones aren't communicating with their brains.
It's not about I told you so, as much as it is an attempt to look at WHY this happened. (I guess that's what Dale was saying). And to avoid a repetition.
