I had to admit that I really was a bit leery about Trimm, given that the company HQ was in Atlanta and his personal residence is on the S. Carolina coast.. Anytime a CEO decides to maintain such a distance between his residence and his office, it begs the question as to how much attention he can pay to day to day affairs.

At least the new CEO is from the Atlanta area, or at least that's my understanding of his situation.

Their cost cutting measures have been too slow but are working. Top management will always get the best pay deals, so this isn't that big a deal to this observer.

I find it interesting that instead of defending their company and their stock, they called for the reverse split at the time when they finally reached the point where they generated earnings from operations. The only reason that makes sense is that they want insiders to get even more cheap options before the company starts showing real improvements to the bottom line. Otherwise, there's no reason for them to be taking the road they've chosen, imo. They've done NOTHING with the cash that was generated from their last stock offering. NOTHING. Now the stock is at half the price of the offering and they still refuse to use the cash. WHY?

Once again, the only reason that any of this makes any sense is that they want to keep the stock cheap. The only reason they would want this is to get more cheap options before a real rebound occurs.
