That is earth shattering. A big time vote of no confidence in the US economy.

Or perhaps it reflects the desire to move all capital to Bermuda before the the Gummit pulls a Chavez and turns filling stations into public property. Imagine pulling up to a pump and having to witness a podcast of Nancy Pelosi.
