I don't think we can put anything into action now regarding N. Korea.

They have probably 10 nukes and the data from an underground test.

You can't really starve them out cause they wouldn't care if 60% of their population starved anyway.

If you push them TOO FAR by blockading them and making their existence untenable then the military might just take over and try out all those artillery weapons they've kept polished for the last 50 years.

We've always been in a hole with N. Korea, but Bush has dug that hole a lot deeper during his term.
