Who could have thought that the Left will pounce on it even before the dust settled.

I think the Admin knew the left would howl, but NEVER believed that the SC would go against precedent and give them the rights of citizens.

It won't be announced, but we will hold no more terrorists prisoners anywhere from now on. Give them to the locals, let them waterboard and interrogate those that need it, and forget about them.
