Pure and simple; inertia in control.......after first collection point mm1 was at 9% MM2 at 21% of an avg days trade. These are adjusted for declining moving avg volumes recalculated earlier this week.

Over the last few days we have seen big volume on several singular issues where there had been none, the low number of trades indicates these are large position rotations which might be occurring between institutions, and not actually in the market. also could indicate a hedge fund liquidation to trade interests for use later to fill R2K rebalance demand, or just greater short interest applied to sustain price suppression. Other indicators suggest these positions are already grossly undervalued......so absent certain characterization, we'll temporarily file to shennanigans.
