This judge threw out the Ohio Death penalty yesterday. Another Obama "Smear" The Obama campaign might want to add another "smear" to their web page: the idea that some Obama backers, at least, have an odd affinity for murderous Communists. It started in Houston, and apparently has spread to Ohio. This photo of an Ohio judge (!) appeared in USA Today this morning: Obama isn't responsible for every flake who happens to support him, of course. But the Che-loving left has become a respectable part of the Democratic Party, especially the party's antiwar element, and Obama was and is the candidate of that leftward segment of the party. All of which is relevant, I think, to voters who are trying to answer one of the election's basic questions: Who is Barack Obama? powerlineblog.com
