GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: June 13, 2008 Independence Hub production is soaring back to full service, reaching 720 MMcf/d today compared to 257 MMcf/d on Monday and zero two weeks ago. The Hub is expected to be back up to the high 800s MMcf/d by early next week. Total Gulf production has climbed to 11.4 Bcf/d compared to 11.8 Bcf/d on average in March prior to the Independence outage. Other significant flow changes this week include a 122 MMcf/d increase on Destin and an 81 MMcf/d gain on Gulfstream. Flows have dropped on Sea Robin.

US POWER - GAS BURN REPORT: June 13, 2008 US power burn decreased 1,517 MMcf today, landing at 20.9 Bcf in total.The Northeast decreased the most today, down 673 MMcf compared to yesterday. Temperatures are forecasted to drop 5 degrees over the next week. The West is averaging 1.5 Bcf less this June compared to last. Burn for the week ending 6/19 is forecasted as 156 Bcf, 23 Bcf less than the week ending 6/12.
