Obama has opened the door for McCain with his refusal to participate in Town Hall debates. I hope that McCain and his team have enough brains to recognize the opportunity.

McCain needs to push this issue along with the Obama visit to Iraq and thereby force the hand of Mr. Liberal.

This is win-win for McCain.

After that, he needs to reverse his position on ANWR and he will begin to look like a conservative candidate. Am I asking too much? Most likely.
