Unreal. This makes no sense to do this. I can see a reverse split in an uptrend but not now.
I believe Stephanie, Ingrid and Gaines Berland are as shocked as we are. This is happening from inside Computer Concepts. After what this company has pulled in the past I think they'd do anything to discourage negative business press.
Pugs, you may have a point regarding the shakeout too. I hope so. There's more here than we know. The next couple of days should bring some more clarity.
Whatever, for those choosing to hold their shares, it's time to VOTE NO to all those god awful proposals. Obviously, the Delgiornio's have never given a damn about shareholder concerns so let's vote them down with as much power as we have.
