But here's a simple to understand the effect... CO2 is a better insulator than air and we know that, for example we add insulation to our attics less heat escapes from the house and it stays warmer. So as CO2 continues to increase, the insulating properties of the atmosphere increases due to a reduction in radiative cooling...increased average temps can be expected..
