I need to find out more. Just saw one article about it, haven't seen the exact terms. They said it would be around $100 million equity raising.

What bothers me is that the article said they have long term contracts with utilities. That could mean they are stuck with low prices while coal skyrockets. But they could also have written into the contract escalators if coal rises. Obviously I need to learn more. Believe it goes public next week?
