2008 and 2012. From 2013 and beyond, Phoenix does not have any commitments with confirmed pricing. The

As can be seen, some contracts are in place already and the price fixed, though some have escalation clauses. Past 2008, there are fewer finalized contracts with an opportunity to capture then current prices.
