"Phoenix currently has contracts or accepted bids with established pricing for coal to be delivered between 2008 and 2012. From 2013 and beyond, Phoenix does not have any commitments with confirmed pricing. The following table summarizes Phoenix’s contract pricing and committed tons from 2008 through 2012.
