Hey! It's getting lonely out here in lurker land! My only fear for the yellow metal is that Alan Greenspan seems to be watching its price. He raises interest rates whenever gold starts to climb. Maybe we are already on a defacto gold standard. By the way, my neighborhood coin store is no longer able to keep gold coins in stock. The collectors are picking them up at fire-sale prices, and putting them in their safety deposit boxes. -- Carl
