I can't think of any catalyst either. Yet this Tobin guy who sounds like a huckster per his letter is really a respected and learned guy---often sited in articles re: energy.

Possible cat.: one or a few of the wells begin producing.

Come to think of it, this is one sector where you could easily get inside info. Just fly down to Peru with some binoculars and watch the activity----talk to some of the native workers...."what's goin' on? "

just watch and wait for a gusher and buy a ton of calls.
