TG, You are wrong again. I have tried as many as 50 Jury Trials in Superior Court. I have argued at least 10 Cases before the Court of Appeals and WAshington State Supreme Court and I argued one landmark case en banc before the Washington State Supreme Court. I have also tried hundreds of cases before the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.
