While it certainly is an expression of confidence, I think that it is partially driven by the company's desire to keep the stock price over $1.00. If the stock falls below $1.00, that could trigger a delisting notice from Nasdaq. Its probably worth a nibble below $1.10. They do appear to have turned the corner.
