How long will those coal regions remain untapped ? Remeber that the coal people will be standing in line behind the tar sands, gold mining, and copper mining people for large mining trucks, shovels, tires, etc.

If there is a construction slow down in China, especaily for highways, someone might be able to refurbish moderrate size construtio ndumb trucks, power shovels, etc. and get enough use out of them to start limited production.
