This is total crap. Oil is more scarce, and thus more expensive, but still meeting the need of this country.


The effect of so many blends has definitely had an impact on refiners trying to switch formulas and handle the laws that change faster than their plant equipment. Then there's that nasty supply issue the dems want to fix via a windfall tax - which I'm having a hard time figuring out how that helps. They are after all publicly traded companies and the share holders might not appreciate the plan to raid their companies assets.
