I tried to access your URL, but only got the Web site with out the news item. I was able to do a news search on LCAV and got the 10/16/97 news item RE:the resignation of the COO. If that wasn't the news item you wanted me to read, please let me know.

I can't see that this resignation can hurt the company, in fact it strengthens Dr. Joffe's position.
