Now, let's look at the graph. It shows peak average temps. of around 22 degrees. That is only about 72 degrees F, not too bad. But, when you realize that average global temp. now is less than 15, it paints a different story...

See that bump right after the Permian? During that time about 99% of existing species died out.

Sounds like fun.
