What timing. I'm about as PO'd as anybody right now, except maybe GB. This was a slaughter. And just before we expected the goods. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not.
Kudos to Rick. By any standard, this filing was stupid. This was DUMB! I'll bet Gaines Berland would like to take somebody to a Big TEXAS barbecue right now! This was as about as bad as Danny could stick it to the stockholders. We should ALL be in Phily with a RESOUNDING "NO". IF there was a BT deal (worth $100M) and IF there was a deal with somebody big like, say BELL ATLANTIC and IF they're talking to somebody like a SPRINT and IF a major bank like CITCORP could POSSIBLY have been the first on-line with DBex in July, why would ANYBODY at Bohemia file this damn thing? Maybe your big INSURANCE company didn't come through or was that just a red herring to find out who I am, Danny? Pulling your pocket lining out is sending a clear signal. Why now?
Danny, did you really want to tell everybody that you need more money? Still? Not if any of these possibilities were real. Scam or Gravy, Danny? You've put the issue on the table now. So have I.
If all you've got is this frigging filing, your stockholder's meeting isn't going to be worth a plugged nickel. We'll all be gone by then and you can bet your butt attorneys will be involved if we leave and certain "significant" events are suddenly announced months after the fact.
OK. Breathe deeply. I agree to an earlier post: let's let the market makers call this one. We don't want to be pulled into a suckers drop: letting it drop just before an announcement would be just like the history of this stock. It's always rallied after a major gap lower. After all, it doesn't SAY that they're actually going to do any of these things, does it? But parading a reverse split at this stage of the game is NOT helpful whatever their intention I said that before. Was this timing deliberate? What I didn't expect was the filing. The result is the same. The stock went lower. Is the filing just the camoflage to justify squeezing extra profits for a chosen few before a nice pop?
What we need is good news. Until then, Bohemia just hung us out to dry. Fight them with everything you've got, folks. If we get angry enough, if we scream and yell loud enough, Bohemia just might throw us some meat to keep the beast quiet. Everybody on this thread should be in their face at investor relations right now. Go for it!
