Hello All,
Land, especially urban land is a sort of monopoly, as they are not making any more. Oil,coal, natural gas are all monopolies as they are not making any more. So how about solar energy? Everyday "they" make some. There's an explosion going on now of solar energy companies. There are probably 70 such companies world wide, all either profitable or headed close to that. Maybe none of them will ever become superprofitable like Xerox when it brought out the first photocopier or IBM when they had zero competition.
Meanwhile somehow money is being made in the solar energy stocks despite the lack of any monopolistic company. ???
20 years from now, the energy crisis will be over and
Elmatador, Tobago Jack, Energy Play will be chatting about
real estate and gold.
