New gang? I hope you are not referring to Marc, Ken, Tony and Rhonda as the "new gang"! Look at the last four years of ticker tape and you will get the understanding that this is the old gang that needs to go! The new gang is Ed, Tom and their new management team!! They are the ones who will be cleaning up the mess that the old gang has left for them, including multiple lawsuits against Marc/Americhip for bouncing checks and non-payment of suppliers. Let's hope the shareholder's meeting comes before the old gang puts the company (and us) into bankruptcy! (If they can't meet their obligations now, it won't be long before they file and wash their hands of the whole thing.) They can't perform the LACC process which means no low cost provider for the auto industry and no pipe technology. For that, we need Ed Rutkowski back in at Americhip!
