Hi Sigmund:

In the past it took anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 yrs to get approval from these type of filings. But I understood that the filing was done under a new 510-K rule.

I called the co. today to confirm and to inquire about the aforementioned ruling. They handed me off to CEO Stephen Chubb!

Suffice to say that the new rule ostensibly attempts for a faster approval pace. I asked Mr. Chubb if this means a one year approval track - - I think it would be fair to say his response was that he would be quite disappointed if it took that long (1 year). Hope this helps somewhat.

Regards,

Bill
