It's in today's announcement -- the Q3 merger-related costs were $44M or 6 cents. I related that back to what was contained in the Tandem proxy for approval of the merger -- $37M was estimated for investment banking, legal, accounting, and regulatory expenses. The proxy also mentioned $4.5M in bonuses which would be incurred at the time of the merger, plus other employment provisions, which I believe make up the rest of the $44M.

Or were you talking about the purchase price? Stock swap, .525 shares of Compaq stock for every Tandem share. (Original agreement stated .21 shares, but that was before Compaq split.)
