I get the impression that the answer to everything in the USA is the same as the answer to everything in NZ = "NO!" but that's after you first have to send them lots of money, hire lots of lawyers and goof around for years costing a fortune. It's best not to bother.

Countries like China will continue to gain ground while people in NZ who want to do something are stopped by government departments who all want their pound of flesh before saying NO!

If the government departments do let somebody do something, they then tell them how much money they can charge and if any profits are made, the government then confiscates those.

NZ and like-minded countries will continue to go down the gurgler. I just watched our parliament in "action" and it's a joke [though they have passed laws making it illegal to show them being a joke - which Comedy Central's Jon Stewart made fun of].
