County Initiates Process for Access Road Improvements June 16, 2008 Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”) reports that Colusa County has issued a Notice officially beginning an environmental review of proposed improvements to County roads that will be used to access the Cortina Waste Project site. The need for improvements to the County roads, and for County approval, was referred to in the Company’s Release dated May 6, 2008. ---------------------------- I guess this road issue is still holding things up, I talked with the office, David wasn't in, but they seemed to be saying there was not a date for the start of operations at the Cortina site, except that they hoped by the end of the year; and that at present time construction at the land fill was not happening.
