In the regions that have not been explored, no drill bits have been used.

10's of thousands of drill bits have been used in the last 40 years and production has continued to drop...Did you ever consider that we're running out of oil???

We're always running out of oil.

The more territory we declare off limits the faster production will decline.

Takes liberal minds to say we should respond to lower production (in the US at least) and high prices by NOT drilling for more oil.
