This is about both time and price.

Houses have to be historically affordable if not lower, and I see no chance of a bottom until 2012 or so. Some markets will differ. I expect Florida will bottom before California.

I do not think prices rebound sharply anywhere. Thus, no matter where, there is no rush. Inventories will play a key role.
