The problem is is that it might be moot. We should have drilled 10 years ago but now which comes online faster, green intitiatives or anwar? We have an immediate critical problem. I would open up the strategic reserve here to burst the oil bubble while at the same time creating a floor for gas at $4. The $4 pain will give impetus for conservation, green, and drilling. I would also work harder on strenghteing the dollar because thats another reason oil is so high.
