The company is fine. I think the recent lack of upside move of PCTL is due to its high PE. I guess people have realized that the enormous growth of PCTL in recent years is going to slow a bit going forward. So people have been trying to get in at lower PE. Unless there is a breakthrough news about the next wave of growth for PCTL, I don't see a strong upside burst over the $40 near term. Definitely safe for long term hold if not add more on the dip.
