Of course Unions are against vouchers. This is so typical of compassionate liberals. A state just recently rejected an huge endowment from Bill Gates....because of union rules. Sorry, can't remember the stats off the top of my head but 13 mil rings a bell..... just to further illustrate how inflexible unions are.
