I suspect it is that you think we need a command economy to invest money right. Then we could have alternative energy coming out our ears. Because politicians are such wise investors of public money.

In this case we need the federal government to set the overall agenda, as they have successfully done so many times in the past. That's why I like taxing inefficient energy clients and incenting efficient energy clients. You don't have the government picking the technology, the marketplace does that.

And that's where I differ from Obama, and every other politician that i know.
