The first statement in that post was not mine. I'm referring to They keep asking for permission but do very little new drilling.

There is in fact a lot of drilling going on. Thats why rig rates are high.

I did note the obvious here in response to that:

There is a drilling boom going on.

Exactly. There are not enough rigs to go around. How come you didn't figure that one out since you knew there was a boom?

You haven't told me anything I don't know.
